  • All Enhance eBikes come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects on the frame and components & a 24-month warranty on the battery. Normal wear items like tires and brake pads are not covered.

  • The Elite & Elore eBikes have a standard speed of 25 km/h in compliance with local e-bike regulations.

  • Definately! The Elite & Elore eBikes include a rear passenger pedal and comfortable long saddle designed for doubling - always ensure you stay within the total weight limit of the bike.

  • All Enhance eBikes are water-resistant and can be ridden in light rain. We recommend avoiding heavy downpours or submersion in water. After riding in wet conditions, wipe down the bike and ensure connections are dry.

  • Revolutionary Remote Hub Lock - Exclusive to Enhance

    If your bike is stolen, you can activate the hub lock via the Enhance eBike app, which electronically locks the motor, making the bike impossible to ride and difficult to transport.

  • Geofencing allows you to create virtual boundaries on the app map. If your bike moves outside these boundaries, you'll receive an immediate notification. It's ideal for parking security or monitoring usage.

  • The built-in M136IOT module with 4G connectivity provides real-time GPS tracking through our smartphone app, allowing you to monitor your eBike's location at all times.

  • The Elore eBike is designed to safely carry up to 140kg (310lbs), making it suitable for most riders and even allowing for some cargo or occasional passenger use.

  • With the included 3A charger, a full charge takes approximately 6-8 hours from empty. We recommend charging overnight for convenience.

  • The security module has its own built-in 8000mAh battery, so it doesn't drain your main eBike battery. This dedicated power source ensures reliable security even during extended periods of non-use.

  • Range varies based on rider weight, terrain, speed, and assist level used. With the 52V 20Ah battery, you can typically expect 35-50km on high assist and up to 70-80 km on lower assist levels under optimal conditions.

  • When used in the restricted 25km/h mode with pedal assist, the Elite & Elore eBike is classified as a legal eBike in most regions, requiring no license, registration, or insurance. Always check your local regulations as they vary by location.

  • This depends on local regulations, but generally riders must be at least 16 yrs old to operate an eBike of this class on public roads. Some jurisdictions may have different age requirements.

  • Our app is designed with privacy in mind, giving you complete control over your data. Location tracking can be paused or disabled entirely, and all data transmission is encrypted for security.
